ok, high high way up on the list of things we should never do again (unless this one turns out really well, which somehow i doubt) is set up random blind dates when we are half-asleep. this should be interesting. who wants to call my cell phone at 3 p.m. Eastern Time? and have an emergency? just in case?

i have to shower and dress. and prolly eat something. total urge to wear my sweatshirt and do major attitude thing. will not. will not. will simply go and see what happens. will not go and be un petit gamin just for the sake of doing so. despite major desire to do so. it's just coffee. will go be adorable, pay and leave. and then go over to café de la mer and become drunk, if it goes that horribly, which it won't.

I hate doing this. I miss being stalked and flirting over crew headsets and meeting people doing normal things. normalcy. g'ah.
