Paris quick recap, gender and women are weird

Paris:
**Friday**
Train into city, Chinese food lunch, wander around the gay district, find Parisian Jewish ghetto, wander more, wander more, go to hotel, collapse, call a bunch of people, go out. Find dyke bar, watch 12 games of pool, smoke and drink, get hit on by a few women and several gay men. Cab to hotel. Bed.

**Saturday**
More wandering. A lot. Blue Book Paris, Dollhouse (where my credit card stopped working, blah) wander wander wander. Left Bank, books and postcards, get mistaken for native French person. Crash at hotel. Read and watch the Olympic pairs skaters because I can't move.

**Sunday**
Breakfast as though am hungover, because feel like crap. Wander. Spend a long time getting out of the Chatelet train station. Wander. Call Andrea. Buy longer barbell for cartilage. Sushi lunch. Wander. Train home.

It was a lot more fun than it looks written out, trust me.

Gender:
Multiple times, I was confronted with this reality. Men assume that I am a man, and women that I am a woman. This is new and different. I don't remember being gender-ambiguous in this way before. I like it.

Women:
Are insane. I love them, and I include myself in that judgement. But. Insane.

don't say you love me, or you want me or you need me. . .show me. show me what you really want. show by your actions, 'cause words are like bubbles, pretty and then they're gone.
what do i want? i want you to be happy. and i don't know if i can be a part of that happy. but you are one person i have never for a moment regretted.
