*sigh* Emo post. Feel free to skip.
Oct. 31st, 2005 06:11 pmI miss Mount Holyoke. I miss *small liberal arts women's college in Massachusetts* I miss being able to get chai for breakfast. I miss my meal plan. I miss Buckland granola. I miss having 95% of my loved ones no further than a 10-minute walk. I miss Northampton. I miss Ciruti. I miss hiding in the station office when the world is ending. I miss my tech job. I miss the Marks House library. I miss Robin Blaetz and Catherine LeGouis and I miss feeling like I belong.
Most of all I miss being able to get a haircut or a hug or a cup of tea or a movie by walking down the hall. Because all of these things would be very welcome right now.
Stolen from Rel:
Halloween words of wisdom:
Don't go out alone.
Don't get on any horses.
Don't follow any beautiful women who sweet talk you.
Don't follow any beautiful men who sweet talk you.
If you happen to be pregnant, keep close track of your lover.
Stay in groups.
Don't follow strange music.
Don't go into any dark woods.
Don't go through any unusual doorways.
Watch the weather.
Stay alive.
If the world ends, I'll miss you.
