Alana, I have written two letters--one has been sent and I'm mailing the other today.
My grandmother is buying me a computer! Not exactly what I wanted, but a fully equipped and functional laptop.
My mother had a dance party last night--we (3J) drank a bottle of champagne, a bottle of merlot, and then I went to bed. Barry White is not my friend. Too much wine is interesting--not good when one has to sleep alone.
Upon storming out of the house pre-dance party, I walked a block and then someone yelled "Jica!" I was shocked. It was Noelle from MHC who drove me home for Christmas. She's working at a B&B in town. So we sat on the porch of Blue Moon and talked for an hour or so. It was lovely.
Saw the Grady-girl--I am invited to her party next week. This is very strange.
All in all I am a happy girl. . .but I miss Alana.
